In the year of 2005 we launched one more sister concern company called “VEGA AVIATION PRODUCTS (P) Ltd’’. Where we manufacture Fiber Reinforced plastic and Hi-tech Composite Products We Design and develop Products as per customer’s specification. To hone and extend our technical skills we were in technical collaboration with ‘’COMPACT COMPOSITE’’ of Italy. Over the years our specialisation has been Design, Development and Supply of ‘’Airborne Packaging Cases for Aero Engines, Avionics and Sensitive Electronic Equipment.

It is our pride to inform you that ‘’ VEGA AVIATION PRODUCTS (P) LTD has been conferred with coveted ‘’CEMILAC” approval for Air borne Packaging cases in both Hi-tech Composite and Roto-Moulded technique. We have already supplied such packaging cases to HAL Nasik, Air head quarter New Delhi, BEL Bangaluru,, ISRO and AFLE Devlali etc.

We have in house designing Facility and our competent team ensures fastest Product design they are of high end design software’s like “Power shape” and “Power Mill”. These designs are then brought in to shape at our state of art tool room.

With 4 manufacturing facilities across India and 31 nos of Injection Moulding Machines of capacities varying from 50 tonnes to 450 tonnes With expert processing capabilities over a vast range of materials like Fiber Re-enforced Plastic, Carbon, Kevlar, Aramid and a wide range of Engineering Plastics and Resins, Employment of rigorous validation protocols and statistical capabilities, competitive pricing is found in all our products.

Taking in to consideration growing market hence greater volumes, New Manufacturing technologies, Advance material and Processes, Vega Aviation Products (P) Ltd. Is continuously upgrading and expanding its infrastructure. A new building roofing 30000 Square Meters of work space is under construction, this facility will house state of art manufacturing, testing and metrology labs.

Vega Aviation Products (P) Ltd incorporates a Design and Fabrication Department which professionally designs and produces fabricated frames structures and other components, this helps us to take up turnkey assignment of various applications.
